SHS.PDFMailer

SHS.PDFMailer is designed to simplify the process of sending invoices and other documents via email. Documents are printed using a PDF printer and saved to a designated folder. The PDFMailer then processes this folder automatically. If an email address is found in the PDF using a specific format, the document is sent out immediately. The email body uses a standard message that you configure once. If no email address is found, the document is printed on a pre-configured printer.

Invoices can be printed in bulk, and the rest of the process runs in the background—eliminating the need to manually sort which documents should be emailed and which should be sent by post. All that’s left is to package and mail the printed invoices.

The system can also be extended to handle other document types, such as order confirmations, delivery notes, and more—automating your entire outbound document workflow.
